How deepEntra.ai collects, uses, and protects your information — and our commitment to keeping your data yours.
Last updated: September 25, 2026
deepEntra.ai (“deepEntra”, “we”, “us”) is a software platform built and operated by Musivent Inc., a technology company headquartered in Saratoga, California, USA, with an engineering presence in Pune, India. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the deepEntra platform and the deepEntra.ai websites.
deepEntra is a multi-tenant business platform. When your organization uses deepEntra, your organization (the “tenant”) is the controller of the data in its workspace, and Musivent Inc. processes that data on its behalf to provide the service. Your data is scoped to your tenant, protected by role-based access controls, and is never combined with, or made visible to, other tenants.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to serve advertising.
If you choose to connect a Google (Gmail) mailbox, deepEntra requests only the minimum Google account permissions needed to provide the features you enable:
gmail.send) — used only to send emails you explicitly compose and send from within deepEntra.gmail.metadata) — used, when you turn on mailbox sync, to read message headers only: the sender, recipients, subject line, and date/time of your inbox and sent messages. deepEntra uses this to log the fact of a message on the matching contact, lead, deal, or customer record in your workspace, so your team has an accurate history of who was in touch and when.We never read the body of your Gmail messages. The gmail.metadata permission does not grant access to message content — deepEntra only ever receives and stores message headers (from, to, subject, date). We do not download, read, or store the body text or attachments of your Gmail messages.
You can turn mailbox sync off at any time, and you can disconnect your Google account from deepEntra at any time in Settings → Mailbox. You may also revoke deepEntra’s access directly from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
deepEntra’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, data obtained from Google APIs is used only to provide or improve the user-facing features that are prominent in deepEntra; is not sold; is not used for advertising; and is not used to train, develop, or improve generalized or non-personalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Human access to this data occurs only in the limited cases permitted by that policy (such as with your consent, for security, or as required by law).
If you connect a Microsoft 365 / Outlook mailbox, deepEntra requests permission to send email on your behalf and, where you enable mailbox sync, to read your inbox and sent messages so it can log correspondence on the matching records. This data is used only to provide those features, is scoped to your tenant, and is never used for advertising or to train AI/ML models.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate deepEntra (such as cloud hosting, email delivery, and payment processing), under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only to provide services to us; when required by law; or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the public. We do not sell personal information.
We retain your data for as long as your organization maintains its deepEntra workspace, or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may delete records within the product, disconnect connected accounts, or ask us to delete your workspace data. To request deletion, contact us at the address below.
We protect your data with encryption in transit, tenant-level isolation, role-based access controls, and least-privilege access to production systems. No system is perfectly secure, but security is foundational to how we build and operate deepEntra.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the product.
